A 6-Hour Workshop, January 13, 2024, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm Pacific
This is a highly interactive 6-hour workshop where you’ll learn and practice proven enrollment and leadership strategies that help childbirth professionals gain income and impact. You’ll leave the experience with the confidence to have meaningful conversations with potential clients & with those who already hired you, virtually and in person. You’ll learn and practice verbal coaching strategies resulting in the following:
- Craft your professional New Year resolution clarifying your SMART goals and commit to your vision.
- Learn enrollment strategies and remove limiting beliefs about selling and charging.
- Get a proven formula to lead powerful and result-oriented conversations prenatally or during postpartum.
- Establish client-centered practice and learn to individualize the care with patient-centered advocacy.
- Rock your virtual support
- Engage Clients and elicit their accountability for their process.
- Foster clients’ commitment so you can avoid professional burnout
- Practice scenario-based and peer coaching for optimal implementation

Objectives:

- Conduct powerful and result-oriented coaching conversations, in-person and virtually.
- Engage your clients in actions and elevate clients’ commitment and accountability to their positive process.
- Help your clients to individualize their experience when facing professional authorities.

Breakout Rooms
This training is highly interactive! We will alternate between teaching, community building, and scenario-based practice sessions in breakout rooms. Your active participation with an open camera will make this day a huge success!
