About Your Host

I am the founder of Birth Coach Method and author of The Art of Coaching for Childbirth. I train birth practitioners and medical teams in conversational birth support that truly impacts clients' journeys and promotes positive birth and postpartum experiences. My passion for promoting the well-being of birth support pros is as spirited as my 24 years commitment to supporting & empowering birth clients.
