Practicing relaxation is a great way to calm the body and the mind, reduce fears, and attract what we want to invite to our life. This 15 minutes recording presents deep relaxation followed by a positive affirmation about the birth experience. When your body is in deep relaxation, the mind is open to accept suggestions. The affirmation in this recording is about positive and healthy birth; trusting the body, allowing the opening and responding with acceptance to all labor sensations. The suggestion relies on many metaphors and symbolism to enhance its acceptance.
