Birth Coach Method was established by Neri Life-Choma, a seasoned birth professional holding 20 years of experience as a childbirth educator and a birth doula. Neri is also a hypnotherapist, a transformational life coach and NLP practitioner, and she has integrated strategies from all these areas of expertise into her birth support practice.

Our audio-visual guide and other products for expectant couples are designed to help you achieve the five ‘C’s that our coaching method is built around Clarity, Confidence, Conviction, Commitment and (in) Charge.
